Right on your map, you’ll create a dedicated sanctuary for rest and recharge. This is your integrated plan for kindness—your cozy corner for complete support. It ensures your journey is sustainable, so you can move toward your vision without burning out.

Together, they form one powerful, cohesive guide: A map that directs you toward joy, with a built-in plan for compassion. You’ll finally have a tool that never asks you to leave your reality behind.

​Your Transformative 2-Hour Journey

We don’t just “make a vision board.” We move through a carefully held, structured experience designed for deep nourishment and clarity.

  1. Intentional Opening & Settling:
    We begin by creating a collective container of safety and intention. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.

     

  2. Future Self Visualization:
    Led in a gentle, guided journey, you’ll connect with the version of you already living with more ease and joy. This bridges your now with your vision in a grounded, embodied way. (This is where the neural magic begins.)

     

  3. Guided, Creative Flow:
    Immersed in a curated, soothing soundtrack, you’ll have spacious, uninterrupted time to build your map with our themed prompts. No pressure. Just clarity, creation, and flow.

     

  4. Spark of Shared Witness:
    In a gentle, structured moment, you’ll have the option to share one element of your map and be deeply heard. Feel seen and energized in a community that truly gets it.

     

  5. Closing Commitment:
    We’ll complete our time together by identifying one micro-action to bring your vision off the board and into your life within 24 hours. You’ll leave with your map and a clear, kind first step.

Q: I’m having a high-symptom day. Can I still participate?
A: Absolutely. This is designed for all of your days. You are welcome to participate in any way that feels good—with camera on or off, creating actively or just soaking in the visualization and space. Your presence is enough.

Q: I’m not artistic. Is this for me?
A: 100% yes. This is about meaning, not mastery. We use simple collage—cutting and arranging images that speak to you. There is no “good” or “bad.” The process is the medicine.

Q: What if I can’t attend live?
A: All registrants receive the full recording, the bonus audio, and all digital materials. You can create the experience on your own time.
